Ningsuan Technology Nepal Private Limited was established in 2019 A.D. with an objective to offer Cloud Computing services in Nepal. Ningsuan Nepal is a subsidiary of Tibet Ningsuan Technology Group Company Limited that is situated in Lhase Tibet China. 

Tibet Ningsuan is a high-tech enterprise registered in Lhasa High-tech Zone, Tibet, China. As the largest science and technology enterprise in Tibet, the company adheres to the “data” development strategy, actively promotes the sustainable use of renewable energy, operates the green data center with the highest altitude in the world, deploys safe and reliable cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence services, builds a large-scale application base of independent innovation industry, creates an AI computing driven data operation enterprise, and builds the  Global computing power center of digital economy.

Ningsuan Nepal is the First overseas company of Tibet Ningsuan and connected to Tibet Data Centre from the Northern Border of Nepal to China, facilitating the access of ICT Infrastructure and high-tech services. Tibet Data Center is located in different tectonic plate and Nepal being situated in earthquake prone region, Ningsuan offers a strategic scenario to organizations, companies or government entities who seek Disaster Recovery sites to preserve valuable information. 

Although a part of Tibet Ningsuan, Ningsuan Nepal is a separate legal entity registered under the law of Nepal and its operation is independent.
